Build the technology
your business runs on.

Custom software, cloud platforms, applied AI, data infrastructure and specialist teams — built around the way your business actually works. Senior engineers who stay on the project from the first conversation to the version running in production.

What we do

Technology without the vendor maze.

One accountable team across software, cloud, AI, data, digital operations and engineering talent. Most engagements draw on more than one — which is why they sit inside a single company rather than across three vendors blaming each other.

Why SUITSOL

Why teams choose us when the work matters.

Staffed roles start in days

Seventy-two hours from agreement to a productive first day: accounts and tooling access, training on your process, a place in your stand-ups and ticket flow. The person you agreed to is the person who starts.

Senior people stay on the work

Engineers who have shipped this kind of system before, and who remain on your project. No rotating bench, and nobody quietly swapped for a cheaper pair of hands once the contract is signed.

Range across stacks and sectors

Thirteen services and six industries under one roof, so the platform decision, the data model and the compliance constraint get argued out in one room instead of across three suppliers.

We stay after launch

Strategy, build, release — then the unglamorous part: monitoring, patching and the changes month eleven asks for. Software nobody maintains quietly becomes next year's legacy problem.

Where we work

Technology is universal.
The constraints aren't.

Six sectors where we have hit the rules often enough to plan around them rather than discover them in week six.

Selected work

Work that moves the business forward.

These three slots are structural placeholders. Drop in the real engagements — industry, the system, the outcome — and the layout holds.

How it goes

From first conversation to production.

01

Understand

We start with the business problem, the existing systems, the constraints, and what success actually looks like.

02

Architect

We define the technical approach, the infrastructure, the integrations and a delivery plan you can hold us to.

03

Build

Senior engineers work in your repositories, your review process and your stand-ups, to your standards.

04

Operate

Monitoring, patching, securing and the changes month eleven asks for. We stay involved after launch.

Working together

What working with us looks like.

Senior engineers

People who have shipped this kind of system before, not a bench filled after signature.

Direct communication

You talk to the engineers doing the work, in your channels, at your stand-ups.

Client-owned IP

Your repository, your cloud accounts, all intellectual property assigned to you.

Flexible engagement

A staffed role, a scoped build, or a team alongside your own — whichever fits the work.

Long-term support

Monitoring, patching and improvement after launch, not a handover and a goodbye.

Engineering transparency

You will be told when the cheaper option is the right one, and when a sector is new to us.

FAQ

The questions we get before anyone signs.

Anything not covered here, ask it in the form below and you will get a straight answer.

Seventy-two hours from agreement to first working day. That window covers account and tooling access, training on your process and conventions, and getting the person into your standing meetings and ticket flow — so day one is productive rather than administrative. The engineer you agreed to is the engineer who starts.

Yes. Insurance, healthcare, finance, retail and e-commerce, professional services and manufacturing are the six sectors where we have done the work often enough to know the constraints before the kickoff call — how the data may move, who has to approve, and what an auditor will ask for. We take work outside those six, but we say plainly when a sector is new to us.

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and IBM Cloud, including hybrid setups where part of the estate has to stay where it is. The platform choice follows your existing licensing, your team's skills and what you actually run — not a preferred partner of ours. Where staying put is cheaper than moving, that is the recommendation you will get.

You do, from the first commit. Code is written into your repository, infrastructure lives in your cloud accounts, and the contract assigns all intellectual property to you. There are no licence fees for running what you paid us to build, and no technical dependency on us to keep it running.

That is most of what we do. Our people join your repositories, your review process and your stand-ups, and work to your standards rather than importing ours. On mixed teams we usually take the work your engineers have no bandwidth for — the migration, the integration layer, the platform work — so your permanent staff stay on the product they know best.

Have a system that needs to work better?

Tell us what you're working around. We'll tell you where we can help — and where we can't. A first conversation costs you an hour and ends with a straight answer.
